Anyone know if the HAUPPAGE USB WIN-TV device is any good?

I didn't have the USB version but the PCI TV card. I didn't like it at all. The video capture did not work right, instructions were VERY poor. I can't think of one thing positive to say about it. That is why I now own a Ledtech WIN Fast TV 200 XP.
 
The better one is the Hauppauge PVR-250 , the drivers for most of their products suck from what I understand but their product is supposed to be one of the best.
 
I have the USB version. For the most part, I use it to watch television. I don't use the video capture features that much.

For television quality, its certainly fine as a secondary television. However, when I upgraded the drivers and the application that comes with it, there was a major decrease in the quality. I had to go back to the old versions for it to work right again. No idea why.

Personally, I think you can do better with the other products already suggested.
