anyone know if the Dolphins-Titans game will be on NFL Ticket? UPDATE- IT WILL NOT BE SHOWN

I heard on the Dan Patrick show on ESPN radio that for some strange unknown reason the game would not be on NFL ticket. They spoke with a NFL ticket rep and said it was the NFL that mandated they not show the game. Thats all I caught.
