Anyone know if QA Partner ver 4.6 will work in win2000?

Here at work I was asked to install QAP v4.6. I have a PC with win2000 ready to go, but my coworker dosen't think this older version is compatible with win2000. I'd rather work with win2k than 98. Thanx -John
