Anyone know if I could be able to play Playstation games on P.C.?

Like it says,,is there a program that allows PSX games to be played on Playstation?
If so what could be the pros and cons of it?

I've used BleemCast and VGS.

Bleemcast:
Pros: Oldest emulator, plays burned games
Cons: Graphics look poor on some games.

VGS: Good graphics on most games
Cons: Won't play burned games.

I haven't tried epsx yet though, it's free, as opposed to the above two, which cost money.
 
EPSXE is an awesome emulator. I actually got to play FF9 finally without buying a PSX. Pros are that the game can run in a higher resolution and you can add FSAA and filtering to the games. Cons is compatibility, there are little bugs and some games wont work right
