Anyone know if a good desktop widget/sticky for to-do list (for Windows 10 PC)

I am in need of one and Google is returning me some results but they are mostly unknown origin, not sure if I can trust them. I also keep reading that OneNote can do it but I cant seem to find the option... Has anyone here one? can someone recommend one?

There's one in Windows 10 but I think it needs an MS account. You can find it on the action center on the default settings.

- edit - not sure if it's a widget like the one that came with Win7. As soon as I saw it needed an MS account, I rolled my eyes and moved on.

I use Wunderlist. They have mobile apps for all platforms including Windows 10. All instances sync really well unlike most apps I have used over the years.

What is action center? How do I get there?
What is MS account? I have full blown MS office 2016 on my PC, will that work?

Looks like a neat program, but can I put a sticky/widget on my desktop. Like can I see a list whenever everything is minimized?

The little icon near the clock that looks like a speech box. Click on it and it shows you any notifications. It also shows you a whole slew of big square buttons that do various things; one of them is labelled 'Note'.

MSO2016 should have OneNote already, though I don't think that does widget type notes. I think they both have the same name but I doubt that MS would provide the same app with both Win10 and MSO.

MS account = Microsoft Account.
