bring it back to the store and tell them you want a replacement for a defective guitar since 2 strings broke.

Tuner or Google Search FTW

There's a way to tune by ear. But you still need to know at least your E strings correct pitch to adjust the rest accordingly. Google to find a recording of E.

Piano tuning is too much work.

I fear it needs some refurbishing too :(:(
A lot of the pads and whatever are worn down a bit. From what I could trace, it was made around 1979. It was free, of course.

After long enough, you can more or less tell without checking against anything. I'm getting there, after fourteen years.
