Anyone know how to talk to a real person at BB's rebate center?

I have called the 1-800-BestBuy number and its all automated. I tried hitting 0 for the operator but it does nothing. Please lmk what you think. TIA
 
start barking in the reciever. If they don't understand what you're saying you'll get a real person.

Works for me all the time when calling my cell phone CS. I sound like an idiot, but I get my questions answered.
