Anyone know how to stop a Sprint phone from receiving AIM forwards?

The g/f submitted her work cell phone number somewhere on aim.com, & she's been receiving AIM forwards ever since. Problem is she's not getting all of them, & for whatever reason her Blackberry doesn't seem to be able to do anything with the messages.

All she wants to do is shut the damn thing off, but I can't figure out how for the life of me.

I've found this:

http://mymobile.aol.com/portal/im/support.html

Unfortunately it lists no code or SMS recipient for Sprint.

Even the documents listed for Sprint contain no Sprint info.

Anybody have any suggestions? This is starting to piss me off.

Goto the Vision homepage on her cellphone(it's under the "Web" option in my Samsung menu). At the homepage it should be Messaging, IM, AIM, and then in the aim menu make sure she's "signed off". If she signed on even once it won't disconnect you unless you manually do it.

try this

aim.com
then click on "for your cell phone" left hand side
then sign in to "mymobile" using you're aim name and pass
once signed in goto "manage my mobile settings"

then turn it off

You rock, problem solved.

She didn't remember where she put the number in, I didn't realize I needed to sign in as her.
