Anyone know how to split a .MPG into two files?

I use JAS (Just Another Splitter). Splits and combines.

Very easy to use. It will split and combine your files. It's free and most people I know use this.

And if these programs do not work sufficiently I suggest converting the MPG -> AVI then split that and re-encode the parts into 2 MPG files.
