Yeah..

Put a camcorder in front of your monitor. Play the video full screen and record it.

Works pretty well..


If quality is not an issue, use webcam..

Now that's funny. "laugh;

There is an application that lets your record *anything* on the screen and save it to GIF, MPG or even SWF (flash). I don't think it's free though.
