I hope this helps. Technical Support atUSA: 510-739-3777. It took about a month, but I received a new motherboard. I returned a Asus P4S533.

RMA after such a long time is the the maker. It is not easy to contact Asus, but I have done it with this number:

1-510-739-3777

I always use my Sprint PCS cellphone - free long distance! 🙂

I also call them. I never had a problem calling them so even when I did have to pay long distance it didn't cost more that $1.

Actually, they will let you RMA a motherboard to them up to one year from date of purchase ( I've done this a few times). Just go online, go to "Online RMA Request" and log in using your e-mail address and password. It will then come up with a list of items that you can RMA back to them. Check the one that you need to RMA and type in a reason. Your RMA number should be e-mailed to you within two days.

Also, newer Asus boards have three-year warranties.

btw, thanx for your guys' help!!! i'd PM you guys back, but i went over my limit already 😱 (before i subscribed, but the limit goes back down to 100, so i'd have to delete a few hundred PM's in order to use it again)

thanx!~!!

i have wonderful experience with RMAing stuff to Asus.

Best bet would just to give them a Call......

Its a toll number but service is really quick espically if you RMAed stuff to them before. They already got your information.
