Anyone know how to rma a microsoft mouse?

My Microsoft optical mouse has gone dead. I heard theres a link to microsoft where you enter in the serial no. for the mouse they will send you a new one. Anyone?

An alternative........ 1-800-360-7561
Microsoft support number...they'll ask for the serial number of the offending product and have a new one to you by Friday. No weird questions.
