Anyone know how to re-enable 4x agp?

For some reason,and i really don't know what i did,Powerstrip won't let me re-enable it. The empty white square is there but wont let me pu a checkmark in it. I don't know how it got disabled because it still says its enabled in my bios. Another thing is sidebanding. I can't seem to turn it on in Powersytrip either so I figured I would use a bios tweak to turn it on but it still doesn't go on.

AK72 mobo
tnt2 m64 video card
15gig Diamond max 40 plus
2 gig WD
32x cd
10x x 40x dvd
Diamond Supramax 56k pci modem
250 watt atx ps in mid-tower

On my TNT2Ultra theres a jumpers for 2x/4x AGP - it comes set at 2x default - not sure if its the same for the M64

Make yourself a 4Xagp.reg file and enter these inside the file
