anyone know how to program a rm-v30 egg shaped sony remote???

Not sure if this is the right forum, but i couldn't find anything on the net about it not even on the %#@ sony site. its a slightly older universal sony remote. egg shaped and weighted so it stands up on one end. i just found it again after digging through some of my junk. can't seem to figure out how to reprogram it
