Anyone know how to open the housing(case) on a startac?

Hi gang, I have a motorola p8767 cell that the silver paint is chipping off of. What I'd like to do is take the case off and paint it but I cannot for the life of me open the case.

I have searched howardforums and nothing. Hopefully someone here can help me out.
