Anyone know how to get into the BIOS on an IBM 300PL desktop?

I've tried the usual keys (Del, F2, F10, etc.) but can't get in. It doesn't really even give you an initial startup screen, just goes to a black screen with the boot agent then starts loading Windows...

Ideas?

Press & Hold the F1 key while powering up the PC.
