Anyone know how to get Citrix ICA client to work in OS X?

I've installed the Citrix client, and I can login fine through Safari, but when I try to open an app, I get the following message:

"The archives required to make an SSL connection are not available. Please contact your MetaFrame administrator."

I also tried Firefox, but I got the same message. After a quick Google search it says I need to install the appropriate SSL cert if using Firefox, but I have no idea how to do that in OS X.

Has anyone successfully worked in Citrix using a Mac? VMWare and Parallels doesn't count.

I had this kind of problem. Uninstall everything. Make sure you get everything off of it and then reinstall the Client from the Citrix site and then try it again. I think it only works perfectly in Safari. I'm not sure.

Well I believe I need to make a change on the Citrix server, but I wanted to see if I could do it without making that change. Firefox will work, but you need to install the correct SSL cert locally. How you do that on a Mac, I have no idea.

Did you get it working using Safari? If everything is set up to support Macs on the Citrix server, it should be as easy as installing the Citrix client and you're done.

I've gotten it to work. Installed the client when I registered for the LSAT and it works now for my remote access for work.

I use it through Firefox and haven't run into any certificate issues - though now that you mention it, I do get a prompt about trusting a certificate (but that's before I even get to the Citrix file.)

Ok, so all you did was install Citrix, then Firefox and you were able to log into Citrix and launch your apps?

I go to a web page (for the remote connection) and login. If I click an app to open, it opens as a launch.ica file and kicks off Citrix
