not really, the lobster at Costco is ONLY tail, so the price is probably about the same if not cheaper

I don't know about most affordable, but fly to Reno, Nevada on a weekend and go to Boomtown. All you can eat Maine Lobster for around $20.

Pike Place Market in Seattle will ship at cost. Price of lobster plus price of shipping. Shipping is the expensive part. They pack it up really well, and they have REALLY fresh stuff there. Pike is awesome.
