Anyone know how to format my ipaq?

the dates are all scerwed up, it doesnt show active tasks right or anything. WAnan format it...my solution to everything!

Just do a hard-reset... You know that sliding door at the bottom of your iPaq? open it and turn the iPaq off then on using the switch inside the door... it will erase all your data and installed programs...

Might want to try a soft reboot first. Just stick your stylus into the hole.

I heard that submersing it into water for 10 minutes would do the trick. Otherwise you can look at the manual.

The newer ones don't have that switch...you have to push 2 buttons (I think it's the ones on the left & right, but I don't remember for sure) while pushing the soft reset button, while facing east and sacrificing a chicken during a full moon...

I've never been able to get the "official" way to work -- there's a couple of programs out there that will do a hard reset... PHM Task Manager comes to mind (link)
