Anyone know how to fix this annoyance with my speakers

I bought these logitech z-560's brand new from a member here at AT a long while ago (you know who you are, thanks again 🙂). I sold them about a year and a half ago to get money for a new laptop. Missed the speakers, but I needed the money at that point. (looking back makes me realize I didn't get enough out of them to make it worth selling them but that's over and done with now)

Well basically my friend blew them out a couple months ago. He gave them back to me, and I was able to replace the burned chip. They work now except when first turning them on the rear left speaker makes this loud ka-BANG when first turned on or off. Once on everything seems to work fine. Now this can't be good on the speaker (let alone my ears). Any idea what could be the problem, or how to go about figuring out what it is? I'm stumped right now, everything else on the board looks fine (no burn marks on components or anything).
