I'm 30 Moved 1-2 times a year between 20 and 25 trying to find my old tax forms but having a problem with that they are in my Kids closet and they are asleep.

I have to provide ten years history for a government security check! Not the usual 5-7 years that would have been much easier :(

I lived all the last 10 years in Lexington Ky if that helps. :D

I need this form filled out before my 4 hour interview tomorrow at 11am :(

EDIT: Kids are about to wake up but I am thinking that I will not be able to finda everything ACK!

EDIT I FOUND IT ALL :D

wow...

this will be hard to come by before 11AM tomorrow. I doubt the post office keeps records of this past a year (and that's only if you filled out change of address forms each time), so the only way to really get that info is to head down to the city building and ask if they have public records of it (and again, that requires that you "legally" changed your address, as opposed to just moving and hoping someone gives any mail and stuff to you)

If you have been employed by the same person the whole time, you might have luck trying to get them to give you the information, they MIGHT have it on file...

or you could go for a midnight drive and re-trace your "steps" :(

Actually I'm still a student I'm on the dozen year plan. As a School UK kinda sux the administration that is. It is about raising $ it seems like these days. The Students are nice and Kentucky Women are only behind California and Texas as far looks. Heck I'm average and married a model. Funny thing is people think Ky is Poor there is a Ton of Money here UK parking Lot is like a New car dealership  all except for mine :)

Go here and get your free credit report from Equifax. They should have all your addresses on record.

good idea but those are limited to addresses that are reported to them. many years I had moved lived and moved again w/o any action of my address change. I.E. they want this form very specific and those are a good start but I do not think it will get me what I want. gonna look anyhow :)

thanks for the idea I forgot I used this and now they want $79 to do it again no way!!!

Why don't you just put down the addresses that you can remember and leave the investigating to them?

I mean, what are they gonna do, anyway?

I thought it was 12.95 for your credit report and score power.

Deny him the job.
Do your best to fill in all the addresses, let them know that you are unsure of some of them. They are pretty understanding if you have done your best to fill it in.

I was having the same problem back in January. I applied for a position at the FBI, and had to fill out where I had lived my entire life. Had to email friends and dig out old letters to find all that info. Here is what I don't get. I am applying to the FBI right? Well why don't they just look into their mythical database of magic and pull all this information out?
