Anyone know how to do benchmarks with RTCW and Serious Sam?

I need to do some benchmarks with these games does anyone know how?

I can't help you on RTCW....but I think Serious Sam is as follows. . .

Go to the demo menu(I've heard that the Karnak demo is the most stressful....but don't take it as gospel)
Type dem_bprofile=1 and hit enter
Then start the demo.
