Anyone Know How to Disable "Clear History" In Firefox?

I'm trying to disable "clear history" so i can track what sites my kid is going to, any one get it working? either firefox or safari

However, if the kids can get to the files on the pc thru Windows Explorer, then they can
probably still delete all their Temporary Files ... so if you can you should set them as a
Limited User and somehow prevent them from accesing the hard drive files .. you might
need XP PRO with settings in GPEDIT to accomplish this
