Anyone know how to create a network "add/remove programs" ?

I would like to have my server host all the application installer and my client computers can just go to the control panel and click add/remove program to add the desired program.

I am running Win2K server with win2k clients.

I know this can be done as I have seen some networks that install this neat capabilities.

Please let me know how it works. The only clue I have is the Software and group policy snap-on. I don't even know where it is.
