Anyone know how to adjust the audio-video synch in media player?

I have a matroska file that's off about 440 seconds. Can I delay the sound from starting for that long in windows media player? Thanks

In MPC, you can go to Options>Filters>Audio Switcher and there is an option for time-shift, but I am not sure how that works. I've played around with it and it does seem to shift the audio somewhat. LMK if you work it out.
