anyone know how to add more video modes in winxp?

i want to manually add 768x448 and 170hz+ refresh rate options, where in the registry do i add these settings in? I'm using nvidia refresh rate fix but that only goes to 120hz max, is there a way to add more video modes through the nvidia refresh fix as well?
