Anyone know how stubhub works for playoff games?

I want to buy some playoff tickets for the White Sox but even the first game wont be a guarantee until tomorrow night. I can't find anything on the website about what happens if the game never happens.

Everything I see says no refunds...

I've had 99% good luck with Stub-Hub ... despite the commision they charge I almost always pay significantly below face-value for tickets I purchase through them.

Unfortunately the one serious issue I had with them involved the amount of time required to receive a refund for some Mets playoff tickets I purchased last season ... took them nearly 8 weeks to process the refund which is inexcusable.
