Anyone know how long the battery on a Sony MZ-R55 minidisc recorder will last?

This is about as off topic as it gets. Does anyone know how long the battery on an MZ-R55 portable minidisc player/recorder will play, not record, between charges? I'm getting less than two hours. I have my best buy service plan (got it for $5), but they said nothing was wrong with it. I'm trying to get a new battery from them now, but its a pain in the ass. I thouhgt it was supposed to play for something like 4 hours, but maybe I'm mistaken.

look for the AHr (AmpHr, possibly listed as milliamp hour) rating, if it has one I can tell you more

check minidisc.org they have all the battery rating times, i think the mz-55 was known to not last very long

i know it had really horible battery life. probably 2-4 hours.
