Anyone know how long it takes for Google Calendar to Sync with Live Calendar?

I have a Lumia 920 for work mainly because of Exchange. I have Android for everything else. When at work I'm mainly looking at the 920 but at home it's the opposite since I have a computer for Exchange. I've gotten the calendar for Google and Microsoft Live to sync but it seems to take 12 hours or a day or two (I haven't measured it yet). Does anyone know how long it takes and how I can make it faster? I've never really touched any of Microsoft's cloud products until I started using the 920 and found some of their products to be far superior to Google. I like how the calendar service works on the phone and One Note eats Google Keep alive. I just wished the calendar syncing between the two was much faster since I use both services extensively now.

Are you subscribing to the Google Calendar from the Live Calendar? If so see the link below which I started in 2012. Basically no one can provide an answer on the syncing interval and there is no way to force it.

Thanks. Yes, I'm subscribing to the google calendar from the Live one. I see you're having the same problem as me. I've set it up using this:

using the private iCal address but it still takes just as long. According to the link you provided the problem is on Microsoft's side (Google's refreshes much faster).

Yes I just stopped using Live Calendar because of this problem. Microsoft has no way to force a sync and can't even tell us when the automated one occurs.

I see. I hope they fix this problem or I may stop using it as well. I hope it's not arrogance that's making them do this because that can be a prelude to a fall. They have good services but 24 hours is intolerable.
