We either buy the actually music, (which is why we pay $20 for a cd) and we can make back-ups and mp3's..... or we are buying a piece of plastic and they should drop the price of cds...

Please provide any links where I could voice my oppinion on this matter.... petitions, phone numbers, etc...

You can write your Congresspersons, Senators, President, the Opinion section of your local newspaper, etc.

If you read the link that you provided it was in march and the bill went down the tubes already. I dont think he will introduce it again because the R's are in control now.
