anyone know how i can find out about theater closings?

I have asked everyone I know to be on the lookout, including a commercial realtor. I am wanting to buy 8 movie theater seats from a business. I don't care if they go out of business or these are used ones they are replacing. I can go about fixing them up. I just need 8 of them.

EBay seems to be a no go because either they want over $100 each for them or the shipping is too steep. Willing to drive within 3 - 4 ours away from Cincinnati to pickup.

perhaps you should contact a regional installer of theater seating and see if they have any leftovers from a replacement job....
