anyone know dell's policy on...

sending back faulty monitors. I had an email on saturday from dell that said they were setting up an exchange to ship me a new 2005, for my defective one. Now it's Tuesday, it seems a bit long to generate a new ship order, or am I mistaken? Having never done this before should I be concerned, or is this what usually happens for returns/replacements.
