anyone know buy.com's customer service number?

I need it to actually. They're having problems with a CC of mine and I don't want to resolve it via emails since it takes forever.

The buy.com CSR told me to call back in an hour or two because no ones there.
 
wow what horrible customer service! didnt have my order # on hand so i had to repeat my email 3 times, verify my name and address, and then she asks me to verify my email!?!?

what? i just gave you my email 3 times lady!!

i wanted to find out the status of my order...i called hoping maybe the CSRs would have more info than whats posted on the web. oh how mistaken i was in thinking they have any sort of clue as to what they are doing.

ok now here's the best part. i asked her if she knew if my item is gonna be shipped today...and she replies......"thats confidential information"

wtf?!? :Q

well not really. well maybe. im indian...and i could tell she was indian too. but she didnt have the thick indian accent like you usually encounter. but her name was "Jennifer"
 
haha, i just talked to a lady with a indian accent, she said her name is sonya or something.... maybe sally bus miss pronounced it?
