I bought a Tosiba Celeron 1.5 laptop back in December with the service plan. My battery now lasts no longer than 30 minutes. For their replacement policy do they require the battery be completely dead?

I would read into the EXACT wording of the plan... at Staples, we consider a battery to be a "consumable" and thus non-replaceable... it should say somewhere in the paperwork what exactly is covered... if that does't work, i would just take it into B&M and see what they say.. if its covered in the plan they will probaly just order a new one from tosibha..

Battery is covered under their warranty. That is the only reason I bought it.:p Just not sure what they consider a bad battery.
