She'll only be working for me for a year. I don't think she'll age that fast.
I figured that as a recent immigrant she'd have a pretty good work ethic.
Given that she's only been here two years and she hadn't studied English before, she's mastered the language pretty well.
Very Christian part of Russia. They might be Catholic, like Poland. The Ukraine was the bread basket for Russia
much like our plains States are. The crimes committed there during WW2 were among some of the worst in eastern Europe. They have some of the most outrageously attractive, fair skinned, raven haired, blue eyed women on this planet. They never stopped fighting for their independence from Russia, from the late 40s till the fall of the USSR.

Did you notice she's three sheets to the wind with a brewski in front of her. Half my family are Polish and yes some never stop expanding. 
Goddamn right. Being that close to Mother Russia, a properly seedy underworld is a requirement for a functional economy.

buuuuuuut i was born in the usa so i know nothing about them! sad i know.
both my parents were raised in germany...they moved from ukraine cause of ww2.
they are both fluent in the language and my mom flies over there every couple years.

Stalin starved approximately 6 million Ukrainians in 1933. A piece of history that almost noone knows or talks about.

That's exactly why I brought that up. A full 10 years prior to the holocaust. That's not to say that it wasn't horrific, but at the same time this really did happen with just as many deaths if not more. Stalin was just as brutal as Hitler. Even more so because he killed his own people by the millions. Also, I've heard many times Ukrainians being blamed for being a part of killing jews and keeping them in camps as guards, etc. Although this might have been true to some degree, they weren't the only ones. Many jews were doing the exact same thing to their own people. It was simply a matter of survival. The Germans didn't give Ukrainians much choice in the matter. Nor did they with Russians, Poles, etc.
