Anyone know anything about the "Office Connect" 56k external modems from 3com?

I saw one for a pretty good price. Was model #3cp3294......the "Office Connect Business modem". It says it has V. Everything technology, so I figure it has to be a pretty good modem.

I want to know if anyone has used these and can tell me something about them. Even more helpful if you've used that exact model. How are they different from the V. Everything Corporate analog external modem? Are they just as good as maintaining a connection through "noisy lines"?

I'd also like to know if it will be upgradable to V92 eventually
