Anyone know anything about the Compaq 06C0h mobo?

It's a Compaq and its model # is 06C0h? Sorry just poped into my head when I saw the thread title... Honestly I dont know but Ill take a quick look and see if I can find anything about it.
 
I went over to my friends house and opened his case. Its got 4 PCI slots, no AGP, and 2 168pin ram slots.

He's got:
866mhz P3
128MB PC133
40GB HD
Onboard Intel video
and onboard sound.

He's not a hard core gamer but he does like to play GTA3(around 10-15fps) and CS.
Would it be worth ~$100 to upgrade(ram/video) or should he wait until the end of the summer when he has $600 or so?
 
If he could spare the money would a ram of video card upgrade be worth the cash?
I think ram might help him but I dunno.
