I figure I could use more light in the winter time.
Best lightbox for the money?
hotdeals?
Where do you begin looking for one of these?
They are so expensive, one might as well figure out which ones are the best.

Well, I have no interest in seeking a medical opinion.
I would rather just spend then money on a lightbox rather than a visit.
I am 32 and self aware enough to know it makes a difference to me.
Anyway, I assume some lightboxes are better and cheaper than others.
I can't find too many reviews.
I am looking for a recomendation that says,"buy this brand."

Apollo Brite Lite IV. Not cheap, but good. This unit is used by many professionals in clinical settings.

But Ozma is right that you need a medical opinion. No matter how self-aware you are, you probably aren't capable of analyzing your thyroid hormones or counting your own red blood cells. The placebo effect of buying a lightbox might mask your need for other therapy.
