Anyone know anything about multi-com.pl or buying from Poland?

I'm trying to order some equipment that I can only find in Poland. I have twice tried to order it and each time I get back a weird, spam like email that is not readable.

I'm ordering from what I though was a reputable website, multi-com.pl and I don't understand what is going wrong.

Anyone here in the EU that can help? Or anyone here that has done business with multi-com have any suggestions? How does payment normally work when ordering from Poland?
