Anyone know anything about growing grapes?

So, a couple questions up front - I bought a couple of red seedless grape vines. Will they produce grapes on their own? Or do I need to worry about pollination? How do seedless grapes have babies?

Another question. Check out this site:

I've been doing some research and I believe muscadine are these awesome wild grapes that grew not far from me when I was a kid, much thicker skin than grapes from the store, and a different taste, but awesome. So I want to grow some of those. But compare the male muscadines to the female muscadines. Not a SINGLE ONE appears to be from the same species. Do I not need a male and female from the same species so that male can pollinate female and female can then make grapes? If so, insane that they don't same male and female of same species!

Thanks!!!
