Anyone know anything about FileMaker Server?

The database computer died at one of my clients' and I set up another machine and installed filemaker server 5.5 (same they had on the other machine), but I have no clue about databases. 🙁

The FM server console is simple enough, but what do I need to do in order to transfer the old database to this new computer and make it all accessible to users once again?

Any words of wisdom?
 
No real instructions in there, it seems.

I need to know specifically how to configure FM server 5.5 to host and make available the files that I just got off the old HDD. Also, these folks were using ebase before, too, which only complicated matters for me.
