Anyone know anything about employee handbooks?

For an assignment for economics, I need to write an employee handbook for a fake restraunt. I've been googling for some sites that might have some advice, or things to be sure to include, or something to help, but I cant find any. Can you guys give me a hand? THANKS!

Talk about absenteeism, sick days, things that go into promotions, the mission statement, a greeting letter, responsibilities, etc.
