Anyone know anything about dry ice?

How long will I be able to store dry ice in a chest freezer running at freezer temps (~10 F)?

You gave us too little information.

How much dry ice? What type of insulation around it? Etc?

I know I can store a pound of it in a styrofoam container for several days in the freezer. I've never tried longer than that.

Standard 5 cubic foot chest freezer with approximately 40-50 lbs in it at any given time. I need to use it to ship product, and would like to store it onsite instead of having to drive all over town to find what I need. I can only ship <5lbs of dry ice at a time so the individual bags will be ~3lbs each.

A freezer that big should be able to keep dry ice cold for a long time (weeks at least I'd guess). Note: you might want to be careful with your freezer though. That much dry ice will cool down your freezer, possibly freezing up the lines. If those freeze, you'll blow your compressor. You might need a small heater under the freezer (but don't quote me on that).
