1. Uncontrolled leak of flammable substance
2. No wind, allowing formation of flammable mixture with air to form explosive cloud
3. Ignition happens after cloud is allowed to spread to a big enough size
4. Explosion occurs, delivering a destructive shockwave throughout the cloud. BOOM.
