Thank you for your email.

As you have placed an order, we are able to source stock to fulfill your order - a definite date cannot yet be confirmed, but we will advise as soon as we know.

We had not predicted such a huge demand for this item, and after receiving a large quantity of orders on 14/03, we decided to withdraw it as we were not certain how may items we would be able to source if any other orders were placed.

It has therefore been temporarily removed until we know more, but we do know that we can get a sufficient amount to cover the orders placed. Once stock of this is received shortly (hmmm I sense we have different definitions of shortly), your order will be despatched.

Apologies for any confusion.

Kind Regards,

Lowest on Web

D'ah well, so long as it gets here. :)

What email address did you use to contact them?
They never get back to me the idioso's!

I still have my order with them, I havent cancelled just yet.
I'll just sell the ones I get last. Still make a profit on ebay no doubt.

Also, UK guys, keep your eyes peeled on Overclockers UK tomorrow afternoon.
Around 3pm, apprently theres going to be some major update that'll have us smiling like baboons. Rumours are that its a 7900 range price cut accross the board, but we'll have to wait and see. It may be something completely different.

Lol, at this rate I'll probably have like 12 7900 GT's from all the places I order it from!
I'll have plenty to sell off thats for sure :p

sales@lowestonweb.com

My first enquiry took 2 days to get a reply, but they've been better today. Good ol' OCUK. It better be a monstrous price cut, hehe, how much do you think these will go for on ebay? If prices are cut on OCUK, then I'll run the chance of having a gtx to sell, unopened, as new, etc etc lol. Let's hope there's a huge shortage once we get our cards, and prices rocket. oh and they discover the x1900 melts after 3 months, thus boosting 7900sales more. £££££ lol

What I don't understand is how many places are still selling 7800's for more than a 7900. I mean, that's just silly. Get a 7900gt lol. Meh, not my money.

Just an update! TigerDirect service is spot on!
Only made the bank wire transfer yesterday, and just got an email from Tiger today that my order has already been shipped!
Who knows, maybe it'll be with me before the weekend ends!

Looks like it's quicker to order from the US then it is the UK in this event :p

Must commend HSBC aswell. Usually international bank wire transfers take 4-6 days! Mine took less then a day :p

QFT, HSBC are indeed very quick with Wire Transfers. Good price on the cards too, let's just hope Customs & Exise don't stick you for 17.5% VAT.

Just an update again.

The order has been delivered to my home.
Unfortunately we were all asleep and now my dads off to collect it from the depo.
Lets hope he doesnt get stung with taxes :p

I wanted to ship it to my actual address (uni flat) but it had to be my registered card address which is my parents home.

In any case, I should have the new cards in an hour or so.
Hopefully untaxed *fingers crossed*

Lol, doh I got taxed pretty bad lol.

£79 to be exact. Which makes the total cost about £446 which is quite a bit more then LowestonWeb but still cheaper then most etailers like OcUK where it would have cost £516.
Well, I guess theres always a premium to pay for getting things early.
