Does anyone have any tips on driving from BWI to Dulles during rush hour? It has taken me a about 2 hours to get there. I am looking for an alternative route that will cut that time down to 1 - 1.5 hours. TIA

wow, that is a brutal drive. Sorry, but I don't know it well enough to give you any tips.....the helicopter sounds like your best bet, heh.
