Anyone know about the Asus Commando?

Looking for something to get after having two P5B-Deluxes go faulty. I'm hesitant though because the reviews on Newegg mention some of the same boot/black screen problems I had with my current board.

seems to be a lot of problems with it going by a no. of forums that I frequent.
How about an abit AB9 QuadGT or perhaps a DFI 965-S?
