Anyone know about PAL using a ATI All-In-Wonder card?

I brought my ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon PCI video card to Europe with me from the US. I tried hooking it up to the cable here in Amsterdam. When I plugged it in, I thought I would be able to select PAL, but it seems to only allow you to change to a different standard when using the composite or S-VHS input, but the option becomes shaded on the coax input and you cannot select it. By the way, does anyone know which PAL to select for the Netherlands? They have a few options for PAL, like PAL-B, PAL-N, etc. Thanks...
