anyone know about newegg return?

i bought a video game brand new and i didnt even open it yet. i want to return it for a full refund.

what is the fee? i know for sure that there is no restocking fee cause i ask them.

this what they say something like this

"not charge restocking fee for unopened item, but you need afford the return shipping fee to return an item for personal reason"

what is the bold part mean? i dont understand. i need afford return shipping fee? does that mean i have to pay for shipping cost for usps?

You have to pay shipping.

I personally will not shop at Newegg anymore, they were a major PITA when I built my most recent pc a week or so ago. However, when I built my first pc they were amazing. I've heard they were bought out like 3 times since I built my first PC about 8 years ago.

ok so no any other fee but only pay for shipping it back via usps. i RMA amazon few years ago and i think i didnt have to pay for shipping it back. they gave me very full refund if i remember correctly.

Amazon will pay if it is their fault. If you just change your mind, you pay.

Your own package should be perfectly acceptable. As long as it gets there in one piece, they won't care.
