I just bought a snowmachine, 2003 Polaris RMK 700 mountain sled and negotiated a deal with the dealer for a free helmet. I didn't quite get the model I wanted, but I got my second choice, a black Pursuit F4 snowmobile helmet. When I got home, a friend who has been snowmachining for 25years said it was an offbrand and that I should junk it and go with an HJC helmet instead.
To me, an uneducated n00b, it seems to have very thick high quality padding. Just generally it doesn't look like a bad helmet... fits my head very nicely too.
Anyone know anything about Pursuit helmets? I tried finding their website and couldn't.... so that isn't a good sign. :frown:
